As a mother and a member of the school board of governors,I have successfully seen three sets of children graduated from this great citadel of learning. Today, I can boldly say that two of these three sets have successfully graduated from universities. One of the first set has just completed his master’s degree at University of Lagos. The second child has just secured admission for post-graduate studies, overseas. I sincerely recommend Roshallom International Secondary School to all parents.This is a school where a child’s academic, socio-cultural, physical and spiritual needs are earnestly cared for. The core values of Roshallom are what every viable society needs fora sustainable generational existence. It is one of the very few schools I know that has a zero-tolerance for examination malpractices. Also, today as the last set of my twins graduates from Roshallom, the journey of six wonderful years has gladingly come to a meaningful end. Therefore, I strongly advise the graduating students to watch what they say to themselves because there is power in the tongue. The tongue is the most sharp object. It gives blessings but it’s also deadly. On behalf of the Board of Governors and members of my family, I heartily congratulate the Management, Staff and Students of Roshallom.
Roshallom International Secondary School is a school where young minds are raised to become future champions. The school develops students in academic, physical, social and spiritual areas of life. The school has successfully been instilling values such as self-confidence, academic excellence, independence, self-reliance ,etc. Over the years, Roshallom has been known for maintaining a high level of discipline and zero-tolerance for examination malpractices. This has indeed strengthened the foundation of my daughter and her younger sister. I can attest to the quality of the school teaching and administrative staff. They are truly “second parent’s’ to the students. They are pillars of strength and encouragement to these students As a parent, I am really proud to say that Roshallom is a school with high morals and a high quality standard. We pray that the Almighty God will continue to bless the Management and Staff of Roshallom. The school will continue to flourish and blossom.

Your selfless efforts have paid off on these students and those previous thirteen sets. Congratulations! Our felicitations also go to the parents of the graduating students,you have been the amazing forces and fuel behind each of these products. You have been nurturing them for six solid years .Obviously, it has not been easy but the Lord Almighty has seen you through.To God be the glory. However, the most important people today , congratulations to you all. I will say Veni, Veci, Vidi which means : you came, you saw and you conquered. Today is your day. Many are the times you have spent in Roshallom, so many memories of the six years will still be with you .Talking of experiences, we deeply love our alma mater because it gave us very good foundations to build upon if the foundation be destroyed what could we have done. We were taught to be independent both in examinations and in life generally. We were taught to be diligent, studious and God-fearing. From the bulk of experiences of three alumni ,we have this to say to you.
First of all, discipline as it is said is the heart of a soldier .Be as disciplined and persevering as possible as you go to tertiary institutions. Understand that CGPA is relatively permanent while pain is temporary. No matter how you feel , continue to build your CGPA. Also, always keep a big picture and “I can do it” attitude or possibility mentality in your mind. Most important, make God first in all you do. May God bless you and help you in your endeavours. ROSHALLOM! A school where the fear of God , hard work and discipline reign supreme. The educational standard and moral values of the school are second to none. The school places utmost priority on students’ all round-development. Roshallom bequeathed on us a high sense of self determination, diligence, discipline and above all the fear of God. These priceless values became handy and very useful in our present tertiary institutions. We charge the outgoing students with the following tips of life: -it is always too easy and early to give up. -Things might not always go as planned but prepare your mind. -Time is of great essence, use and manage it wisely. -Always see failure as a stepping stone to success. -Aim high, never settle for average and don’t let good be good enough for you. -Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments therefore, be Diligent, Disciplined and Determined.
